Robinson Welding and Fabrication is a welding and fabrication shop run by Robert Robinson in Freeport, Pennsylvania. This website is a plain set of pages about the shop and the work it does. It has one quote form, and no accounts, no logins and no online ordering. Nothing collects your information as you read; the only thing that collects anything is the quote form, and only when you fill it in and press send.
If you decide to get in touch, you call the number, you email the shop, or you fill in the quote form. What you tell us in that call, that email or that form comes to us. It is not sold, it is not rented, and it is not handed to advertisers.
Read the site and never contact us, and we have nothing about you. The only things your browser does on this site are fetch the pages, the photographs and the typeface, and load the quote form. Section 5 covers the form and Section 8 covers the typeface and the form service, the two things on the site that come from somewhere else.
This is a static website. Every page is a fixed file served to your browser, the same file for every visitor. There is no database behind it, no account to create, no newsletter to join, no shopping cart, no checkout, no payment processing and no comment section. The one interactive thing on it is the quote form, which is provided by a form service and is covered in Section 5.
The buttons that look like they might do something all do the same simple thing: they open your phone dialer on (724) 464-8402, or they open your email program addressed to bob2700r@hotmail.com. Apart from the quote form, nothing you click on this site submits anything to us on its own.
When you call the shop, we get whatever your phone line passes along, usually your number, and whatever you tell us: your name, what you need welded or built, where you are, and how to reach you again. Voicemail messages sit on the phone until they are cleared. Text messages sit in the phone the same way any text does.
That information is used to quote your job and to do the work. Nothing else.
The email links and buttons on this site are ordinary mailto links. Clicking one opens your own mail app, on your own device, with the shop address filled in. The quote button also fills in a subject line and a short template of things it helps us to know, such as a rough size and the material. You can change any of that, or delete it, before you send.
Nothing is sent until you press send in your own mail program. This website never sees what you type, because the message is composed in your software, not on this page.
Once you send it, the shop receives whatever you chose to put in the message: your email address, your name if you signed it, the text you wrote, and any photos or files you attached. Those messages sit in the shop email account the way any email does, with the email provider handling them under its own terms.
The quote form on the home page is provided by a form service that the shop's marketing company, 945 Studios, runs on its behalf. The form loads inside the page from link.945studios.site. When you fill it in and press send, what you typed goes to that service and from there to the shop.
The form asks for your name and phone number, and optionally your email, what you need, the material, a rough size, a description of the job, when you need it, and how you heard about the shop. You choose what to put in it. Only the fields marked required have to be filled in for it to send.
That information is used to call you back with a quote and, if you go ahead, to do the job. It is stored in the shop's customer records in that service so the shop can find your request again and keep a record of the work. It is not sold and it is not used for advertising.
If you would rather not use the form, every field on it is something you can tell us on the phone or in an email instead.
To answer your message, quote your job, order material for it, do the work, arrange pickup or delivery, take payment, and keep a record of what was made in case you come back about that job later. Photographs you send of a broken part are used to work out what the repair takes and to do it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not trade or rent it. It goes no further than your job needs. In practice that means the phone and email providers that carry the messages between you and the shop, the same way they carry any other message, the form service described in Section 5 if you used the quote form, and a material supplier if a part has to be ordered specifically for your job. Beyond that, information is disclosed only where the law requires it.
Two, and no others.
Google Fonts. This site uses one typeface, Inter, loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the stylesheet and the font files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. That means Google receives that request, including your IP address and basic browser information, the way any server does when a browser fetches a file from it. Those requests are handled under Google's own privacy policy, not ours, and the shop never sees them.
The quote form. The quote form is loaded from link.945studios.site, a form service run for the shop by 945 Studios. Loading the home page fetches the form and a small script from that address, so that service receives your IP address and basic browser information the same way. Nothing you type is sent until you press send on the form. Section 5 covers what happens then.
Everything else the site needs, the styling, the photographs, the logo and the small piece of script that runs the photo gallery, is served from the site itself. There is no third party video, no chat widget, no social media embed and no map embedded on this site. The address in the footer is an ordinary link that opens Google Maps in a new tab only if you click it, and the Facebook link works the same way.
The web host that serves the site keeps ordinary server logs, as web hosts do.
This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics on it, no Meta pixel, no ad network tag and no visitor tracking script of any kind. Nothing here follows you to another website, and nothing here builds a profile of you.
The quote form service may set a cookie inside the form itself so that it can tell one submission from another and remember what you typed if the page reloads. That cookie belongs to the form, not to this site, and it does nothing outside the form. The form is set to ask for consent before it does so where the law requires it.
Emails, photos of parts and the details of what was made are kept while your job is in progress and afterward as a record of the work, so a job can be matched or repeated if you ask. Messages about a job that never went ahead are cleared out once it is clear it is not happening. You can ask us to delete anything sooner.
Ask, and it goes. Call (724) 464-8402 or email bob2700r@hotmail.com and say what you want removed: your contact details, the photos you sent, or everything. You can also ask what we hold, or ask to have it corrected. Tell us enough to find it, such as the name and the email address you used.
Some information tied to a completed, paid job may have to be kept where tax or other law requires it. Everything else is deleted.
This site is meant for adults hiring a welding shop, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from a child. If a child has sent something to the shop, contact us and it will be deleted.
If anything about how this site works or how the shop handles information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a contact form is ever added to this site, this page will say so before it goes live.
